FRANKFORT, Ky. -- A Kentucky region clerk says she actually is struggling to obey a federal judge's order to concern marriage licenses to same-sex lovers since it would irreparably violate her conscience.
Rowan State Clerk Kim Davis offers refused to issue marriage licenses following a U.S. Supreme Court's decision that legalized same-sex relationship countrywide.
