However, relatives say they were not sure if the matter was reported to the Ministry.This is believed to be the second reported industrial accident in the Buck Hall area in recent times.On August 30 last year Jason Fraser was working the wood chipper machine when he disappeared.His remains were found in the bottom of the machine after a security official at the plant reported smelling a foul odour from the wood chipper machine, four days after the man’s disappearance.
