NORWALK, Conn. The Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship of Norwalk and District is holding its yearly two day celebration in the life and legacy involving Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The events will bring residents in concert to hear encouraging words along with listen to uplifting music. They can be free and open to people.
Sunday observance will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, located at 21 San mateo St. Guest speaker a Rev. Carl McCluster from Shiloh Baptist Church in Barbour Outlet Bridgeport will lead the service.
Music might be provided by the group Basic offering Hughie Askew. Offerings collected during the service will go toward supporting the group Scholarship Fund.
Monday obituary program will be held with City Hall in the Live performance Hall on 125 Distance Ave., Norwalk.
The Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship of Norwalk in addition to Vicinity is a network of non secular leaders seeking to provide non secular, social and educational benefits to the city.
