Hello guys,
Doing some testing on legendary caregivers blessing, and it's virtually nonexistant. Wondering if anyone has seen or heard anything from the devs acknowledging the state of legendaries in particular or which ones they may be tweaking?
Most legendary conversation is archived, but we still have a few here and there quite overpowered, but the majority are meaningless.
