He said that Bumbury became a tenant in 2008 after he acquired a transport for the property.Questioned further; Boyer added that” Bumbury is still a tenant.”The businessman was subsequently shown a document (an affivdavit) which purported to show a transaction between his wife, Donna Deygoo and Gangaram.Boyer then said that he recognized his wife’s signature on the document.  He held however that his wife’s transaction with Gangram was completely legitimate, given that she was part owner of the estate in 2008.Before Senior Counsel Mc Kay could continue with his line of questioning,Alejandro Villanueva Jersey, Attorney-at-Law Devindra Kissoon objected to the evidence.   Kissoon noted that the information was unnecessary at that time since the court had already dealt with it at a previous, occasion.Yesterday’s proceeding subsequently came to a halt. Boyer is expected to face further questions when the matter resumes on September 11 at 1:30 pm
