The Jimmy Milton Campbell Memorial 4 H Scholarship or grant program was created to honour your commitment, vision, and authority skills of the late Campbell. An enthusiastic 4 H'er, Campbell grew up on Moncler Canada a plantation outside of London, ON along with attended the Ontario Agriculture College, graduating in 1970. He began working for the Canadian Meat Council in 1968, and retired in September of 2005 after a amazing 38 years of service.
